This condominium has been remodeled with a new kitchen. The living room and large patio provide a perfect place to relax in the evening or entertain guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a view of the marina, the second bedroom has two single beds.

Inside the complex, you’ll find immaculate, well kept grounds, and crystal clear pools with plenty of lounge chairs.

The view from the patio is spectacular – on one side is El Faro (the lighthouse, another great place to watch the sunset and/or have cocktails), to the other side are the beautiful mountains that shelter Vallarta from the outside world. You can see the lights of the city at night.

Marina Vallarta is Mexico’s most sophisticated marina and one of the most popular in the country. It includes an 18-hole golf course, 500-slip marina and along the Marina boardwalk are numerous shops and boutiques, galleries, and cafes and restaurants. The most beautiful beaches are only 5 minutes walk from the marina. If you prefer to have an evening or a day in town then a taxi ride will cost you approximately $12.00 (120 pesos).

Don’t miss going to the top of the lighthouse, now El Faro bar, which offers the best bird’s eye view of the area and live music after 6 pm.
